Description: Group of a colonel in the European theater (World War II), attributed to Colonel Dorrance Scott Doysdon of the 23rd Armored Regiment, twice decorated with the Silver Star for his actions in Normandy, fought at Haut Vent at hill 91 in Normandy and at St. Lo.
